Practice real cases,
one patient at a time.
CaseRounds is a clinical management simulator built for learning. Every case is synthetic (not a real patient history), so you can safely try, fail, and try again.
How a case runs
Meet your patient
Start a management case, name your patient, and pick how common or rare the diagnosis should be.
Ask and examine
Question the patient, examine them, or ask a senior for advice — in your own words.
Order what you need
Bloods, imaging and tests come back with results you have to interpret.
Make decisions, see outcomes
Right or wrong, the patient evolves. Specific feedback teaches you why something works or doesn't.
Learn as you go
Clinical questions pop up during the case to test your reasoning. Every step is saved on the case map.
No pass marks. No exam pressure.
At the end of each case you are scored against the clinical guidelines for that specific disease — not a generic checklist. The score reflects how well your management matched the guideline, step by step.
